Hi my friend ;first many thanks for your great blog ...this is not the mosque of kosrowiyeh which is located in the other side of the same street but it is the islamic school-shrine of the son of salahudin al ayyoubi al zaher ghazi and it's called today madrasseh al sultaniyeh known historicaly by madrasseh al zahiriyeh intra muros. It' used today as islamic school for girls.Best regards,an Aleppian (email@example.com)
I don't remember the name, but really I saw there worshippers, and I entered the hall of the mosque inside. I think here still are being used as mosque.I don't know if in addition to as a mosque, is being used as madrasa for girls.thanks for the comment.
